Shipping policy

At Minted TCG, we understand that your trading cards and collectibles are valuable. We take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure your items arrive safely.
1. Processing Times

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold. The free shipping threshold and any promotional shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method
- Any applicable promotions
Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
3. International Shipping
We currently DO NOT ship internationally and only provide shipping to the United States, US territories, and the Armed Services (via USPS). International shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your destination.
4. How We Package Your Order
We take pride in secure packaging to protect your collectibles:
Single Cards
- Placed in penny sleeves and toploaders
- Secured with painter's tape (no residue)
- Placed in team bags or cardboard mailers
- High-value cards shipped in rigid mailers or boxes
Graded Cards
- Wrapped in bubble wrap or foam
- Shipped in rigid cardboard boxes
- Always include signature confirmation for high-value slabs
Sealed Products
- Wrapped in bubble wrap or paper padding
- Packed tightly to prevent movement
- Shipped in appropriately-sized boxes
- Fragile labels applied when appropriate
Large Orders
- Cards sorted and bundled by set or type
- Multiple layers of protection
- Reinforced boxes for heavy orders
5. Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking information:
- Tracking number emailed once your order ships
- Track your package via the carrier's website or app
- View order status in your account (if registered)
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment. International tracking may have limited visibility once the package enters the destination country.
6. Shipping Protection
We offer optional shipping protection at checkout to cover:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages (porch piracy)
- Damaged items during transit
If You Purchased Shipping Protection:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and description of the issue
- We will file a claim and process a replacement or refund
If You Did Not Purchase Shipping Protection:
- Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier receives the package
- We will assist with carrier claims but cannot guarantee resolution
- Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for lost/stolen packages
7. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or indicates delivery but you haven't received your package:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Check any alternate delivery locations (mailroom, office, etc.)
- Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes update tracking late)
- Contact the carrier to open an investigation
- Contact us with your order number and investigation reference
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Photograph everything before opening (box, labels, damage)
- Photograph contents and any damage to items
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number
- Keep all packaging materials for potential carrier inspection
Wrong Items Received
If you receive incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of items received
- We will send the correct items and arrange return of incorrect ones
- Return shipping for our errors is covered by Minted TCG
8. Address Accuracy
⚠️ Please double-check your shipping address!
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- Verify your address is complete and accurate before checkout
- Include apartment/unit numbers, building names, etc.
- Ensure your name matches your mailbox/delivery location
- Contact us immediately if you notice an error after ordering
Address Changes
- Address changes may be possible before shipping
- Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages (contact the carrier directly)
- Carrier redirect fees are the customer's responsibility
9. Pre-Orders & Backorders
- Pre-orders ship separately from in-stock items
- We ship pre-orders within 1-3 business days of receiving stock
- Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers
- You will be notified if there are significant delays
- Pre-orders may be cancelled for a refund until shipped
Split Shipments
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items:
- Default: Entire order ships when all items are available
- Optional: Contact us to request split shipments (additional shipping may apply)
10. Local Pickup
If local pickup is available in your area:
- Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
- Wait for pickup confirmation email
- Bring valid ID and order confirmation
- Pickup locations and hours will be provided in your confirmation
Orders not picked up within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded, less a restocking fee.
11. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During busy periods (holidays, major releases):
- Processing times may be extended by 1-3 business days
- Carrier transit times may be slower than usual
- Order early to ensure delivery by specific dates
- We post holiday shipping deadlines on our website and social media
📦 Holiday Tip: For guaranteed delivery by a specific date, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance and selecting expedited shipping.
12. Carriers We Use
We work with trusted shipping carriers including:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- FedEx
Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and service level. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order.
13. Signature Requirements
Signature confirmation may be required for:
- Orders over a certain value threshold
- Graded cards
- High-value sealed products
- International shipments
If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or pickup.
